By using Divv, you agree to these terms.
The service
Divv helps you scan receipts, split costs among friends, and send payment requests via Venmo or Cash App. We do not process payments directly.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Divv.
Your content
You own your data (receipts, photos, profile info). By using Divv, you grant us permission to store and process this data to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Divv to harass others, submit fraudulent receipts, or manipulate payment amounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
Divv generates payment links for Venmo and Cash App. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or incorrect amounts entered by users.
Limitation of liability
Divv is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for incorrect receipt parsing, payment errors, or data loss beyond what’s required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Divv means you accept the updated terms.
